That our goal may be the personal development of the whole man: growth in Christian maturity by becoming more aware of our sinfulness and God's merciful love, deepening of our vowed commitment, adaptation of our personal life in order to strengthen common life, and development of our gifts and talents so that we may use them in the apostolic work of the Congregation.
