That each house may pursue its spiritual program and apostolic mission on the basis of local decisions, but always in accord with the spirit of the Congregation, prescriptions of the Constitutions, and provincial and regional statutes - something which calls for leadership on the part of the local superior, even while stressing the observance of a collegial spirit.
