The Resurrectionists engage in scholarly and academic pursuits at institutions of higher learning such as the Pontifical Urban University in Rome, the Pontifical University of John Paul II in Kraków, the Aquinas Institute of Theology in Saint Louis, and the Saint Joseph Bilczewski Theological Institute of the Archdiocese of Lviv – a branch of the Catholic University of Lublin.
Some dedicate themselves to pastoral ministry among students – including at St. Jerome's University in Waterloo, Canada – or manage student dormitories, such as the Father Walerian Kalinka CR Academic Residence in Kraków.
Others catechize and teach the Catholic faith in public or private schools, participate actively in ecclesial movements and communities wherever our Congregation is present.
There are also those who establish Catholic schools or provide them with spiritual care, thus embodying the charism of the Resurrectionists.
This institution exists as an initiative of the Benedict XVI Association, which seeks to develop a Catholic school located in the city of Franco da Rocha, São Paulo, founded by Fr. Alexandre Alessio CR. It is an elementary school where Christian values are taught alongside a sound and valuable academic education. The school is rooted in the Resurrectionist educational system and Catholic ideals, in keeping with the motto: “To form new men for a new society.”

Considering the current situation in Franco da Rocha – morally, financially, and culturally – schools in this area continue to reflect the deep crisis affecting the institution of the family and the educational system. In this context, challenges become opportunities to live out the charism bequeathed by the founder of the Congregation of the Resurrection of Our Lord Jesus Christ, and to respond to the need for the re-evangelization of society – or, as the Church now proclaims, the New Evangelization.

The Resurrection School in the small village of Buhemba, Tanzania, has been led since its inception by Fr. Maciej Braun CR. With the support of people of goodwill and benefactors from around the world, he has built one of the finest educational institutions in Tanzania, dedicated to children from the region's most impoverished families.
Over the years, additional facilities have been established, including buildings, water tanks, a sports field, and a boarding house. In December 2022, construction of the secondary school began and was completed in December 2024, thus allowing students who finish the Resurrection Primary School to continue their education in Buhemba.
A hallmark of both the primary and secondary schools is their high academic standard, sustained by well-educated and carefully selected teachers. As a result, graduates are afforded new opportunities for professional advancement and brighter life prospects.
A dream has come true – the school is a Resurrectionist reality and a visible sign of hope.
Resurrection Catholic School in Montgomery, Alabama, serves students from pre-kindergarten through eighth grade and is under the leadership of Fr. Manuel Williams CR.

This parish school, affiliated with Holy Trinity Catholic Parish in Westmont, Illinois, has been connected with the Resurrectionists since 2011, when Fr. Rafał Wasilewski CR became pastor. It serves students from pre-kindergarten through eighth grade.

These schools are run by the “Ziarnko Maku” Foundation in collaboration with the Resurrectionists. Both institutions are located within the Resurrectionis Center complex on Pawlickiego Street 1 in Kraków.
Spiritual care for the school community – students, teachers, and parents – is entrusted to a chaplain, the Prefect. Currently, this role is fulfilled by Fr. Wojciech Mleczko CR, representing the Congregation.
The schools’ educational philosophy is characterized by: individualized learning, independent work, tutor support, development of media competencies, and non-formal education.
The Montessori High School in Kraków collaborates closely with the Congregation of the Resurrection, which not only provides the premises for the school but also contributes to shaping its mission and vision while ensuring pastoral care. This cooperation has fostered connections with the Community of the Risen Christ Galilea, the Bulgarian CR mission, and the “Bury Miś” Community. These groups support the school through evangelization initiatives, retreats, courses, and charitable activities.
