On March 10, 2017, six Resurrectionists celebrated the golden jubilee of priesthood in the chapel of St. Joseph the Worker in Chicago. The thanksgiving Mass was presided over by Bishop Robert Kurtz CR, the General Superior of the Congregation from 1981-1993. Along with him, on March 11, 1967, Fathers Richard Grek CR, Dennis Sanders CR, Donald Suberlak CR, Gerald Watt CR, and Eugene Szarek CR, who serves as the Superior of the USA Province, were ordained. The ceremony was attended by over twenty Resurrectionists from Chicago, California, Canada, and Italy, as well as a large group of friends.
