On December 8, 2015, during the Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary, during a solemn Eucharist at the Church of Our Lady of Aparecida, in the parish of Saint Cecilia in Resende (Rio de Janeiro), novices César Otávio de Freitas, from Ponta Grossa (Parana), and Ricardo Michelin de Souza, from Osasco (Sao Paulo), made their first religious vows in the hands of Father Luciano Piotrowski, superior of the South American Region. The ceremony was attended by the families of the novices, Resurrectionist priests, and numerous faithful.
