Just like in previous years, young people (not only from Galilee) gathered at the Hill of Mercy in Stryszawa, at the Christ the Risen Community Center GALILEA, to participate in a unique camp. Each time, the gathering adopts a different stylistic convention (the Center becomes unrecognizable) and is dedicated to a different theme.
This year's youth camp, attended by 160 people, was held under the slogan Activate a Higher Dimension. For five days, during conferences, group work, meetings, and discussions, participants explored what prayer is. Since we learn to pray by praying, a special moment each day was the encounter with God during individual and communal prayer. Special guests of the camp, Agnieszka Musiał from "New Life M" (thank you for the concert) and Mirek Kirczuk from "Full Power Spirit" (thank you for the teachings, films, and the exciting "debate on vision"), shared their testimonies about the importance of this personal contact with God.
In their free time, campers enjoyed various forms of relaxation without a joystick. Archery, paintball, sports games, artistic workshops, flagging, or biblical activities were just some of the possibilities.
The WWW camp was a time of meeting new people, building relationships, developing talents, resting, and experiencing community. Above all, however, it was a time for "Face to Face with God".
