The South American Region has a new priest. J.E. Francisco Biasin, bishop of the diocese of Barra do Piraí-Volta Redonda (RJ), conferred the presbyteral ordination to Father Fábio de Siqueira Fonseca, CR. The ceremony took place on August 17, 2013, at the parish of Saint Cecilia in Resende (RJ).

Father Fábio is the youngest of three brothers who are priests in our Congregation. After the ordination, he will undertake pastoral work at the parish of Saint Joseph in Itatiaia (RJ), assisting the local pastor, Father João Francioko CR.
