The beginning of July is traditionally the time for the annual family gathering of the Community of the Risen Christ GALILEA. For the 13th time, Galileans from all over Poland, as well as from Ukraine, Austria, Norway, and the United Kingdom, came to the Center in Stryszawa. About half a thousand people prayed together, built relationships, and formed in the spirit of the Community. Each age group participated in activities specially prepared for them. Parents of younger children attended meetings dedicated to parental love. During the catecheses preached to the Community, we learned about the characteristics of a lukewarm Galilean (Christian) and the traits of a zealous follower of Christ.
It was an opportunity to reflect on which of them we are closer to. We could also find out how to go more, further, deeper with Jesus. The time of the gathering was also a chance for conversations and meetings, especially with those who are separated by hundreds of kilometers in daily life. For this special time and the fruits of the gathering - glory to the Lord!
