That those responsible for formation may be careful to respect the human dignity and the special divine vocation of persons entrusted to their care, and that they will take into account the natural and supernatural endowments of the individual so as to enable him to make the greatest possible contribution to the work and progress of the Congregation. For the grace of perseverance for those who are in formation.
For vocations to the Congregation of the Resurrection.
It is better to have a few good people who are pious, well trained, truly reborn and united in Christ the Lord than to have many, and be obliged to suffer in consequence of their passions and corruption. (KW,53)
